4th Annual -Talawanda Middle School Craft and Antique Show
Supporting students in the 7th grade on Field Trips to help strengthen their educational experience.

Booth Information And Sign-up -
Vendors Needed! $60 for 10x10 booth (change from last year, more booths can be bought to gain more space)
Requirements: Crafters are responsible for bringing all booth set up items including chairs and tables. No tables or chairs will be provided.
Setup/Take Down: Friday Sept. 20th from 5:00-7:00 pm, Saturday Sept. 21st from 6:30-8:30 am. (please be fully setup by 8:30 a.m.)
Application Deadline/Payment Due Date- Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day, please it post marked by this date)
Applicants- will be notified via email shortly after applying with payment instructions, your spot is not reserved until you are paid.
Vendors Checks Only- payable - TMS PTG by September 2nd

If you are a direct sales person that has been accepted for our show, we are asking that you pay by June 1st, so that your spot is guaranteed. After June 1st, the spot will be opened up to all again if you have not paid.
All others, are asked to have payment in by Labor Day (Sept. 2nd, 2019).
